Account information

We pride ourselves on our quality at Tissupath but also strongly believe in providing an affordable service:

• Pensioners and DVA gold card holders are billed directly through medicare (‘bulk billed’) and will not see an account
• We maintain billing agreements with all major health funds (click here to view participating health funds) so most inpatients will not receive a bill.
• Fees for services outside these groups (out-patients, patients with non-participating health funds and privately funded patients) are set below AMA rates and are competitive across the industry.

We are very conscious of the importance of informed financial consent and can  provide easy-to-use fee tables to your practice staff upon request.
